Racing Dynamics TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Warranty

Racing Dynamics warrants products (except for engine performance parts and chrome road wheels which have no warranty) to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year in accordance with the following: The warranty period commences on the day the product is delivered to the original consumer purchaser. Racing Dynamics warrants that it will repair or replace (at our discloser) free of charge, any product, which, under normal conditions of use and service, proves to be defective in materials or workmanship and which is within the applicable warranty period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, exterior finish or any labor costs incurred in the diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation of a product, nor does it cover any other contingent expenses. Electrodyne disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, Racing Dynamics shall not be responsible for any commercial, consequential or incidental damage arising from the use of its product. You may want to print these terms and conditions if you would like.

The warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser i.e. it is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. Excluded from the warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, use in competitive events, adverse weather conditions, or adverse chemicals.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, any warranty implied by law, whether of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise, is limited to the period that this express warranty is effective. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of this.

Many products are off-road /show use only and not legal on public streets. Check local, state, and federal laws prior to purchasing. Use of these products are the sole discretion and liability of the customer.

Some products sold are for off-road use only and may never be used on a public highway. Please check your local laws regarding the installation of these products.

Sale items & "seconds" merchandise - All sales final. No returns, no refunds, no exceptions. These items are greatly reduced. Be sure it is what you want when you make the purchase. If the part number has an "s", it is a sale or seconds items, other items may just be on sale and greatlarey reduced. Seconds and sale items are sold at a very reduced price, and sometimes may not take priority over other pending orders. At times seconds or sale items may take longer time to process, so please check with a sales rep before you select to ship "air" for a shipping via. These items are sold as a first come, first served basis and can sell out quickly.

Returns - In the event a purchase must be returned, please contact us for a return authorization number. If the return is approved, you will receive the authorization number and a special address label in the mail.

No returns will be accepted on any electrical items, EPROMs, EPROM tuning, painted products or special order items (some parts that are in our catalog, but not regularly stocked are considered special order)

You must receive an RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number prior to making any returns. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and must be in a new and sellable condition in the original carton. We will not be responsible for parts sent to us without prior approval. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. Parts will not be accepted for return after 15 days from date of shipment arrival. All wheels must be checked on car before mounting tires. Racing Dynamics will not be responsible for mounted or modified parts.

SHIPPING - Shipping costs are calculated based upon weight and volume. We enter weights that best show the expected freight costs. i.e a spoiler may only weight 15 lbs, but the freight carrier will charge for 50 lbs because the spoiler takes a large volume. We will show 50 lbs.
Our minimum freight and handling charge is $10. Sometimes our system doesn't calculate a freight cost because there is an error in our data base or we can not connect to the freight carrier's web server at that time. We apologize for these inconveniences. All freight cost which are displayed on the website are for estimate purposes only. Most of the time, these amounts are correct within two dollars or so. If you would like to know the exact amount for a shipment, please contact us via email. If the actual freight charges are much higher than what the actual charge would be, you will be contacted at our discretion. Any duties and taxes are due upon arrival of shipment, these cost are not included in the shipping/handling charges that we quote.

Most orders placed before 8:30am E.S.T will ship the day order. Most orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. This includes air shipments. "Next Day Air" of any service doesn't include a Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Any "air" service shipping, as well as most ground/truck services, doesn't count the day the order was processed, nor Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you have any concerns with time of an air shipment, please contact a sales representative. If you need an order processed with in a matter other than above, please contact a sales representative prior to your order being placed. Any inaccuracies or discrepancies with your "billing and/or shipping" information may delay your order being process, so please be sure to provide the most up to date and accurate information.

RISK OF LOSS - All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Claim - All damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of the receipt date. Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer on the carrier's Bill of Lading upon receipt. This gives you time to open the shipment and investigate any missing or damaged items. You can process your claim thereafter. If you haven't noted any comments upon receipt your claim for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 3 days. All claims not filed in accordance with these time requirements are automatically disallowed by the freight carrier. Shipping errors on our part should be brought to our attention immediately.

Back Order - Any item not in stock at the time of shipping will be sent to you as we receive it in our warehouse. If you do not want us to hold your backorders, please indicate this information at the time you place your order. If we find that the part you ordered will not be available for an undue length of time, we will cancel the B/O & notify you to re-order at a later date.

Pricing and Error - All prices are quoted in US dollars. All prices exclude any freight, taxes or duties that might be due on a shipment outside the United States. All prices are subject to change without notice. Racing Dynamics reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. We try to describe each product to the best of our ability. Sometimes product photos do not always reflect the exact product being sold. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. With respect to items sold by electrodyne.cc, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the confirmation process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. Any and all external pricing will be reviewed and we reserve the right to correct the pricing of an external part; any part entered externally that is available through the store directly will be reset to the store pricing. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices of products sold and shipped by electrodyne.cc as part of our shipping procedures.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Paypal customers - We only ship to confirmed address with a customer with a verified account. If your account doesn't match these requirements, your payment will be refunded.

International orders - We do accept international orders. Some international order require payment via wire transfer, Canada excluded. All pricing is only quoted in USD, and doesn't include any cost of taxes, duties, Brokers fees, customs, or any other fees which may be present and would be held as the customers responsibility to pay.

Paint would be held as the customers responsibility to pay.

Paint of items - All items come and are offered unpainted, unless otherwise noted.
